- All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods and Fees
- We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose. You can view the total shipping cost at checkout.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after processing.
4. International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the shipping method chosen. Typical international shipping times range from 7-21 business days.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- We may have restrictions based on the destination country’s import laws. You are responsible for ensuring that the items you order are compliant with your country’s import regulations.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee. Please contact your local customs office for more information about these charges.
7. Delivery Time and Delays
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. However, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier-related issues. We are not responsible for any delays once your order has been shipped.
8. Address Accuracy

- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information.
9. Tracking Your Order
- After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor your order’s status through the carrier’s website.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, it becomes your responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
- If your tracking shows “delivered,” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, your building’s front desk, or any other possible delivery locations. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered.
11. Returns and Damaged Shipments
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@vibenovas.xyz or 201-830-6165. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
